Yusuf Tyos, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Makassar in 1977. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia in 1998.
He is the founder of Multi Trading Pratama Group and also serves as its President Director.
The company experienced rapid growth under his leadership from 2005 to 2020.
MTP Group is headquartered in Makassar, South Sulawesi, with a representative office in Jakarta, and a broad operational and marketing network spanning across Indonesia.

Entering the 2021 fiscal year, MTP Group remains optimistic despite the global economic challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has forced all stakeholders to act cautiously. We firmly believe that opportunities still exist by optimizing the company's resources in alignment with our overarching strategy of Sustainable Growth. We are confident that in 2021, MTP Group will achieve positive growth compared to the previous year, which saw a correction in growth of around 10-15%. However, the final results were not significantly impacted as targets were still met through efficiency measures, particularly by reducing operational costs through comprehensive cost structure analysis. In line with the government's policy to stimulate economic growth in 2021 by 5% through accelerated mobilization in the real sector, the government continues to pursue progressive policies in sustainable infrastructure development, particularly in roads and bridges. These initiatives are essential prerequisites for ensuring the smooth operation of regional and national economies. MTP Group plays a vital role in supporting the nation's development by ensuring the availability of asphalt and industrial fuel for domestic needs, enabling the implementation of infrastructure projects as planned by both central and regional governments. This is our message as we welcome the new year of 2021.
